Drink Plenty of Water (MOST IMPORTANT)

Drinking enough water is one of the most important steps for healthy and oil-balanced skin, especially during the summer season. In hot weather, our body loses a lot of water through sweat, which can make the skin dehydrated and tired. When the skin becomes dehydrated, it may actually produce more oil to protect itself. That is why proper hydration is very important for maintaining oil-free and healthy skin.

Water helps flush out toxins and waste from the body. When toxins are removed, the skin becomes clearer and healthier. Drinking enough water also helps maintain the skin’s natural moisture balance, improves blood circulation, and keeps the face looking fresh, soft, and glowing.

In summer, it is recommended to drink at least 7–10 glasses of water daily. If you are spending a lot of time outside in the sun, you may need even more water to stay properly hydrated. You can also include natural hydrating drinks like coconut water, lemon water, and fresh fruit juices to support your skin health.

Proper hydration not only helps control excess oil but also reduces the chances of pimples, dull skin, and dryness. When your body stays hydrated, your skin naturally looks brighter, smoother, and more refreshed.

Important Tip:
Always carry a water bottle with you and try to drink water regularly throughout the day instead of waiting until you feel very thirsty.
