Honey And Yogurt Face Mask

 

A honey and yogurt face mask is a simple home remedy often used to help make skin feel soft, moisturized, and refreshed. Honey has natural moisturizing properties, while yogurt contains lactic acid that can help gently remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin.

Ingredients:
• 1 teaspoon pure honey
• 1 tablespoon plain yogurt (unsweetened and unflavored)
• Optional: a few drops of rose water for extra freshness

How to make it:
Take a clean bowl and add the yogurt. Add honey and mix well until a smooth paste forms. If using rose water, add only a few drops and stir gently.

How to apply:
Wash your face with mild cleanser and pat dry with a clean towel. Apply the mixture evenly on your face using clean fingers or a brush. Avoid the eye area and lips.

Leave it on:
Keep the mask on your face for around 10–15 minutes. During this time, allow the ingredients to sit on your skin.

How to remove:
Wash your face with lukewarm water and gently massage in circular motions while removing the mask. Pat your face dry and apply a light moisturizer if needed.
