Stay Hydrated

Staying hydrated is one of the easiest and most effective ways to control pimples in summer. When your body gets enough water, your skin stays fresh, साफ (clean), and naturally glowing.

In summer, your body loses a lot of water through sweat. If you don’t drink enough water, your skin becomes dry and dull, and the body may produce extra oil to compensate—this can clog pores and lead to pimples.

Why hydration is important for pimple control:

  • Flushes out toxins from the body
  • Balances oil production in the skin
  • Keeps skin soft, fresh, and glowing
  • Reduces chances of acne and irritation

How to stay properly hydrated:

  • Drink 8–10 glasses of water daily
Increase intake if you sweat more or stay in the sun.

  • Start your day with water
Drinking 1–2 glasses of water in the morning helps cleanse your system.

  • Include water-rich foods
    Eat fruits and vegetables like:

    • Watermelon
    • Cucumber
    • Orange
    • Coconut water
  • Drink healthy liquids
Try lemon water, coconut water, buttermilk (chaas), or fresh juices instead of soft drinks.

  • Avoid excess caffeine & sugary drinks
Too much tea, coffee, or cold drinks can dehydrate your body.

  • Carry a water bottle
Make it a habit to sip water throughout the day.

When your body is hydrated, your skin looks clear, balanced, and pimple-free from the inside out.

Remember: Healthy skin starts with proper hydration!
