How to Use Milk + Turmeric for Pigmentation
Basic Milk + Turmeric Pack (Most Popular)
- Take 1 teaspoon raw milk
- Add a small pinch of turmeric (very little)
- Mix well to form a thin paste
- Apply gently on pigmented areas or entire face
- Leave for 10–15 minutes
- Rinse with lukewarm water
Frequency: 2–3 times a week
Milk + Turmeric + Honey (For Dry Skin)
- Mix 1 tsp milk + pinch turmeric + 1 tsp honey
- Apply evenly
- Leave for 15 minutes
- Wash gently
Frequency: 2 times a week
