Ingredients You Need

  • ½ ripe Avocado – rich in healthy fats and Vitamin E; deeply nourishes dry skin.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey – a natural humectant that locks in moisture and softens skin.
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil (or Almond Oil) – adds extra hydration and helps repair dry or flaky skin.

How To Make

  1. Cut the ripe avocado in half and scoop out the soft pulp into a clean bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado using a fork until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
  4. Mix or blend all ingredients until you get a thick, smooth cream-like paste.
  5. Transfer it into a small, airtight glass container.
  6. Store in the refrigerator and use within 3–4 days (since it’s 100% natural).
