🪞 Step-by-Step Facial at Home

1️⃣ Cleanse (Remove Dirt & Oil)

  • Use a gentle face cleanser OR raw milk with cotton.
  • This removes dirt, sweat, and makeup.

2️⃣ Exfoliate (Scrub Dead Skin)

  • Mix 2 tsp rice flour + 1 tsp honey + few drops lemon.
  • Rub gently in circular motion for 2–3 minutes.
  • Wash with lukewarm water.

3️⃣ Steam (Open Pores)

  • Boil water, pour in a bowl, and take steam for 5–7 minutes.
  • You can add neem leaves or green tea for extra cleansing.
  • Wipe face with a soft towel.

4️⃣ Massage (Improve Blood Flow)

  • Take aloe vera gel or coconut oil.
  • Massage upwards in circular motions for 8–10 minutes.
  • Benefits: relaxes skin, boosts glow, and prevents wrinkles.

5️⃣ Face Pack (Nourish the Skin)

Choose according to skin type:

  • Oily Skin: Multani mitti + rose water.
  • Dry Skin: Mashed banana + honey + milk cream.
