🪞 Step-by-Step Facial at Home
1️⃣ Cleanse (Remove Dirt & Oil)
- Use a gentle face cleanser OR raw milk with cotton.
- This removes dirt, sweat, and makeup.
2️⃣ Exfoliate (Scrub Dead Skin)
- Mix 2 tsp rice flour + 1 tsp honey + few drops lemon.
- Rub gently in circular motion for 2–3 minutes.
- Wash with lukewarm water.
3️⃣ Steam (Open Pores)
- Boil water, pour in a bowl, and take steam for 5–7 minutes.
- You can add neem leaves or green tea for extra cleansing.
- Wipe face with a soft towel.
4️⃣ Massage (Improve Blood Flow)
- Take aloe vera gel or coconut oil.
- Massage upwards in circular motions for 8–10 minutes.
- Benefits: relaxes skin, boosts glow, and prevents wrinkles.

Choose according to skin type:
- Oily Skin: Multani mitti + rose water.
